Belle Meade Kroger site to see demolition as AJ Capital progresses on major redevelopment
Demolition has begun on the Belle Meade Plaza site where AJ Capital Partners is planning a major mixed-use development. With all the tenants vacated, including the longstanding Belle Meade Kroger, the clearing will make way for the controversial redevelopment.
