Amazon enters Sonoma County with 250K-square-foot lease
Amazon has reportedly signed its first lease in Sonoma and will take over a large, new warehouse in an unincorporated part of the county.
Victory Station LLC has signed the deal with the delivery giant to lease up all of its 249,9040-square-foot industrial property at 22810 Eighth St. East near Schellville, The Registry has reported.
