Alabama multifamily apartment community sells for $37M
A Lake Oswego-based real estate firm has made inroads in Alabama.
Hayden Properties has purchased a large multifamily apartment community, called Madison Park, near Huntsville for $37 million.
The 308-units’ sale price comes out to $120,129 per unit.
