Affordable conversion planned for newly acquired Richmond apartment complex
Nonprofit Step Up Housing acquired the Vue at 3600, located at 3600 Sierra Ridge Road in Richmond, Tuesday with the help of a structured finance deal. The new owners plan to make 75% of the site’s 240 units affordable.
