A&B introduces new metric to measure Hawaii CRE performance
Brett Brown, executive vice president and chief financial officer at Alexander & Baldwin (NYSE: ALEX), told analysts during the company’s earnings call Thursday that the first-quarter report introduced the metric to “augment disclosure” for the commercial real estate operating segment.
