Brad DeHays' new housing factory aims to create jobs, homes for Central Ohioans
Inside the building, the store’s original terrazzo floors line the factory and steel rollers operate where racks of clothing used to be displayed. In the lot outside, where shoppers used to park, a large piece of equipment called a straddle carrier stacks housing modules.
