The future is cloudy for a Downtown San Jose office building owned by ex-WeWork CEO Adam Neumann
Neumann previously planned to have St. James Plaza be a part of a larger WeWork campus in Downtown San Jose. But renovation work stopped long ago, and his ownership group has stopped making payments on the property.
