OHA makes $47M purchase of properties near Iwilei headquarters
The Office of Hawaiian Affairs on Friday announced the purchase of two commercial properties adjacent to its headquarters in Iwilei for $47 million.
The lots are at 500 North Nimitz Hwy, covering 3.92 acres, and 501 Sumner St, at 1.21 acres, both of which were purchased from Seritage Growth Properties, OHA told Pacific Business News.
