$850M redevelopment plan near Fort Worth's Cultural District wins zoning commission OK
The Fort Worth Zoning Commission unanimously voted May 8 in favor of rezoning 11.45 acres along Tillar Street, west of downtown Cowtown, for a potential mixed-use development. In all, around 2 million square feet of office, residential and hospitality space could rise in a central part of Fort Worth. Billionaire businessman and philanthropist Robert Bass is involved.
