$65M hotel opens in Sunny Isles Beach (Photos)
The Residence Inn Miami Sunny Isles Beach opened Nov. 20, marking the latest Marriott-branded hotel in Miami-Dade County’s booming tourism market.
Robert Finvarb Cos. completed the $65 million hotel at 17700 Collins Ave., across the street from the beach. Designed by Kobi Karp Architecture, the hotel has 194 all-studio suites in 19 stories. It features art assembled by Dina Mitrani Gallery.
