$40M park represents next step in Craig Hall's vision for transforming Frisco office hub
The much-anticipated opening of Kaleidoscope Park in Frisco marks a significant milestone for the overall development of Hall Park, an office oasis that dates back to 1997. Developer Craig Hall is in the midst of a multibillion-dollar effort to transform the site into a true mixed-use destination. He says the site is about one-third built out — so expect millions more square feet and a lot more jobs at this site in the future.
