$180M mixed-use development in Lee's Summit starts work
Work has started on a $180 million, 70-acre mixed-use development that will bring a grocery store, hotel, luxury apartments, senior living, restaurants and retail to Lee’s Summit.
Dubbed Streets of West Pryor, the project is along Northwest Pryor Road between Interstate 470 and Chipman Road. The project’s groundbreaking is set for Friday, though work already is underway on the site.
